I considered “Nous vs. Entropy” (a sort of parallel to Apollo vs. Dionysus), and settled on the rather less-inspired “Order vs. Entropy”. But I suspect that will pretty accurately capture both the content and the cycle of the reflections I post to the blog!

It’s Monday, and Tod has suggested ScribeFire as a potential way for teachers to work offline on blogging content if necessary. I’m looking it over for suitability now, and it seems to be a fairly good option.

Woke up to a call from Steve canceling the school picnic (not a devastating loss-more like an obligatory piece of PR, but the kids are a bit disappointed).
Phone treed and then ate some French toast. Time for G to do homework and then we sit to watch a film together. I think an Ice Age movie may be in the cards this morning…
